Responsibilities:
Follow all the recipes and guidelines based on Company’s standards
Make & bake biscuits, mousses and variety of desserts with attention to details
Make fillings such as ganache, jams, creams, caramel and decorations such as chocolate, icing in a safe an appropriate manner
Maintain pastry kitchen equipment, and all areas of kitchen clean and sanitized based on public safety guidelines. Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
Maintain inventory level and replenish on time
Work on different type of equipment
This position requires lifting 50 lb occasionally, working with machinery and sharp objects.
Performs other related duties as assigned by chef
We are looking for:
Min 1 year recent Barista experience
Proven experience with commercial high-end manual or semi-automatic espresso machines (e.g., LaMarzocco or similar).
Experience in steaming milk to achieve the right texture and temperature for latte art.
Ability to create popular latte art designs such as hearts, rosettas, and tulips.
Knowledge of Square/Toast/Clover POS is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the bakery, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Craft a diverse range of coffee, espresso, and tea beverages.
Assist customers in choosing and purchasing products.
Answer customer inquiries regarding product ingredients, prices, and availability.
Accurately process customer orders, handle payments, and provide change when necessary.
Package and present bakery items in an appealing and hygienic manner, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Maintain a well-organized and fully stocked storefront, including arranging and restocking display cases and shelves.
Monitor product freshness and remove any items that do not meet our quality standards.
Collaborate with bakery staff to coordinate on customer orders.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the storefront, including wiping down counters, tables, equipment and public restroom.
Assist with all cleaning duties as stated on opening/closing and weekly checklists including mopping, sanitizing food prep area, routine dusting, general disinfecting and etc
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints professionally and seek resolutions in a courteous manner.
Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation and securing the storefront.
Assist kitchen stuff with simply kitchen work such as cutting biscuits, unmolding ingridients, cutting and collecting cookies, put on washed dishes if needed.

Responsibilities:
Market Setup and Breakdown: Sales Rep will be responsible for the complete setup starting from loading inventory from commercial kitchen and delivery to the farmers’ market, tent setup, arranging products, setting up displays, and breakdown at the end of the market day.
Actively engage with customers to promote products, provide information, and answer questions. Ensure a positive and informative shopping experience.
Monitor and manage inventory levels throughout the market day. Ensure that popular items are replenished promptly and that any unsold products are properly handled.
Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash and card payments. Maintain records of daily sales and report any discrepancies.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including maintaining cleanliness and proper food handling practices. Ensure that all products are displayed in accordance with market guidelines.
Compensation:
Guaranteed base pay plus commission
Schedule and Availability:
Keller Farmers Market: Saturdays 7AM – 1PM
Dallas Farmer Market: Sundays 9AM-until sold out. Tent pickup and breakdown at 5PM.
